What Lumenvstone does, in plain terms
Lumenvstone advises individuals, family offices, and businesses on building and maintaining offshore financial structures. In practical terms, that means recommending the right combination of jurisdictions and entity types, preparing the documentation that banks and service providers require, and keeping clients informed as the regulatory landscape around their structures evolves. We cover four service areas — structuring, banking, advisory, and compliance — and the reason we cover all four rather than just one is that they are genuinely interdependent. A structure that is elegantly designed but incompatible with the banking options in its jurisdiction is not useful. A compliance process that does not account for the structure's substance requirements creates risk, not protection. We work across all four areas because that is the only way to give clients an honest picture of what they are building.
Our background, our market, and our limits
We have been operating from Malindi since 2018, working primarily with East African clients — business owners, professionals with international income, and family offices managing assets across multiple jurisdictions. Our team has handled more than 200 structure engagements across jurisdictions including Mauritius, BVI, UAE, Seychelles, and Singapore. We do not have offices in those jurisdictions; we have working relationships with licensed service providers in each of them, which we disclose to clients when relevant. Our limits are worth being explicit about. We are not lawyers, and nothing we produce constitutes legal advice in any jurisdiction. For jurisdiction-specific legal opinions, we work alongside licensed local counsel and coordinate the handoff so clients are not left navigating two advisers independently. We also do not manage assets or hold client funds under any arrangement. Our role is advisory: we analyse, recommend, document, and coordinate — the execution is always with the client and their legal and financial professionals. Results in offshore structuring depend on external factors, including changes to jurisdiction laws, bank policy shifts, and the client's own circumstances — we cannot guarantee outcomes, and we would not claim to.

Discretion by design
Client information is not shared externally beyond what is required for the specific engagement. We do not maintain client lists in marketing materials, and we do not discuss client situations in general terms with third parties.
Honest scoping
If your situation does not suit the offshore structures we offer, we will tell you at the first conversation. We would rather lose a prospective engagement than produce work that does not fit your circumstances.
Written deliverables
Every recommendation comes in writing. Verbal advice is useful for discussion; written documents are what you can share with lawyers, banks, and future advisers without having to reconstruct a conversation from memory.
